A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions

What is Psychology?
According to the Australian Psychological Association,
Psychology is both a science and a profession, devoted to understanding how people think, feel, behave and learn.
Here at Evolution Psychology, the goal of psychology is not just to study human thinking and behaviour, but to put that knowledge into practice, to help people, communities, and society in general to solve day-to-day problems and improve quality of life.
Services offered at Evolution Psychology
Therapy, Assessment and Intervention
I provide therapy, assessment and intervention. This means that I can work with you as a therapist one to one and provide you with the opportunity to learn about how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour are interrelated.
I conduct Psychological and Psychometric assessments that can assist in diagnoses, understanding behaviours, and educational opportunities for parents, caregivers, and other important people to help their children educationally. I am also able to prepare assessments and reports for Government departments.
I utilise a range of evidence based interventions to meet each client's individual needs. I also utilise Positive Behaviour Support interventions when working with clients referred via NDIS. I implement interventions and teach parents, caregivers and educational settings on how to manage behaviours in a way that helps people to feel safe and valued.
As a Registered NDIS Provider, I deliver Therapeutic Supports; Behaviour Supports; Early Childhood Supports and Support Coordination. I am highly experienced with working with people who have disability; having worked for Disability Services as a Psychologist in the Clinical Services Team for over three years and completing the Functional Assessment of Positive Behaviour Support training.
